Biography

Marika is a Principal in the Denver office, where she supports the Compliance function of Cerity Partners OCIO.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Marika was the Executive Director of Compliance at Agility, where she held her FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 79 licenses. Before Agility, Marika served at Janus Henderson Investors for ten years, overseeing product and marketing compliance for the firm’s US investment adviser and broker-dealer. Previously, she held positions across operations, investment banking, and compliance at independent financial services firms.

Outside the office, Marika enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
