Daniel Waddell, JD

Daniel is a Senior Associate in the Louisville office, where he serves as in-house legal counsel. He is responsible for assisting with internal legal matters and coordinating with outside counsel on legal matters affecting the firm.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Daniel served as in-house Counsel at ARGI Financial Group. Before ARGI, he served as Senior Counsel at Papa John’s International, the operator and franchisor of the chain of Papa John’s pizza restaurants. In this role, Daniel was responsible for domestic and international franchising and development; trademarks and copyrights; marketing and advertising compliance; and other general corporate and commercial matters. Prior to joining Papa John’s, he was in private practice for five years with the law firm of Greenebaum Doll & McDonald located in Louisville.
